Lessons (services and offers)
Here you can choose your own lesson plan to get the most out of your emotional education.
Collaborate Conversations
At The School of Thoughts, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all.
We offer a tailored, collaborative experience that blends psychology, psychotherapy, and philosophy, grounded in decolonising therapy and coaching.
Collaborative conversations are for short- or long-term inner work, addressing life's challenges and celebrating strengths and successes.
Take a look at the faculty section to see what each practitioner specifically offers and their specialities.
Post-identification, Single Session Support
These sessions are designed for those who've recently received a formal Autism or ADHD diagnosis as an adult.
In the session, you may explore things like feeling like an imposter, coming to terms with this new understanding of your brain, working through what's next and what's changed (if anything), burnout, overwhelm, meltdowns/shutdowns, how to tell others (disclosure), learning more about your neurodivergent profile and neurodivergence in general, how to thrive and/or anything else that has come up as part of your newly realised identity.
These are single sessions, but you're welcome to book further collaborative conversations if you'd like to keep working with yourself.
The School of Thoughts works under a neuroaffirmative, strength-based framework and does not support ABA (Applied Behavioural Analysis). It sees neurodivergence as a natural human variation with many evolutionary advantages and not as a medical disability to be fixed or cured, though it recognises the impact of the social model of disability.
